- There are some configuration problems after installing Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) on Dell Inspiron 1501.
- This page discusses how to fix them.

Logout Problem
Problem Description:
- When you logout from X window, the screen just goes black.
How to Fix:
- 1. Go to System-->Administration-->Login Window
- 2. Check Restart the Xserver with each login
- 3. Apply the changes and restart your machine
(still has the "switch user" problem)
WiFi Driver
Problem Description:
- The broadcom card shipped with the Dell Inspiron 1501 doesn't work out of box with Feisty.

Compiz Or Beryl Problem
Problem Description:
- After you install your ATI card driver (System-->Administration-->Restricted Driver Manager),you can still not enable Compiz (System-->Preferences-->Desktop Effects)
