My name is Eric and I am a student living in South Florida. I started toying with Ubuntu in Early 2006 but I started using it everyday in March 2007. Since I am still a beginner myself on Ubuntu and Linux, I cannot help much with support issues, but I am on IRC, the forums and launchpad whenever I'm on my computer and I attempt to solve any issues I can understand and help with. I am in the Ubuntu-Florida LoCo Team and I am usually active in their irc (#ubuntu-florida). I encourage anyone living in Florida to join the Loco, it is a very nice group! I always encourage free-software to my friends and family and when they have problems with Windows, I try to convert them to the Open-Source Variant of whatever they were using.
