XChat-GNOME

XChat-GNOME is a highly useable IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client.

sudo apt-get install xchat-gnome

Hints and Tips

• To register your nickname:

register <password>

• To associate your email address with your nickname (in case you lose your password):

/msg NickServ set email [email protected]
