Technical specifications for Ubuntu 8.10 Server Edition

This document is for Ubuntu 8.10. For other releases please visit the technical specifications overview page. The minimal requirements of version 8.10 have not been modified since version 8.04. You can see a summary of all changes since 8.04. As a regular release, 8.10 benefits of an 18 month lifecycle.
