People will normall have problems when dual booting OS X and any Linux distro on the PPC architecture when they do a major upgrade to OS X (Ex. 10.3 to 10.4). This is because OS X will atempt to modify it's Apple External Bootloader. Thus giving it higher prority then Yaboot.
