Kiosks implemented under LTSP allow more independent, stand-alone operation of thin clients than typical LTSP installations. Applications typically run directly on the thin client rather than the LTSP server.
Introduction
The "original" Kiosk project implements a Firefox browser to run local on the thin client. It is available as a plugin option added at ltsp-build-client command line. This Forum entry is for creating additional Kiosk capabilities under Ubuntu LTSP.
