QuickPWN is a jailbreaking application for an Apple iPhone or iPod Touch. From Wikipedia: "Jailbreak (iPhone), a technique for overriding the Digital Rights Management on the iPhone or iPod Touch in order to install applications that Apple has not approved or connect the iPhone to networks other than the one that it was originally tied to." Jailbreaking is necessary if you want to use an iPhone with Ubuntu to synchronize music. As of 21 February 2009 QuickPWN has a Mac and Windows version of their software that works for firmware up to version 2.2.1. Their official web site and links to downloading the software is here: http://www.quickpwn.com/ This page was originally liked from a Guide that explains how to use an iPhone / iPod with Ubuntu: Using an iPhone or iPod Touch with Ubuntu https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PortableDevices/iPhone
