If you need to flash your bios and dont have a floppy drive, you can use this disk image. http://s93616405.onlinehome.us/bootdisk/drdflash.zip

  1. sudo mount -o loop DRDFLASH.IMG mountdir
  2. dd if=DRDFLASH.IMG of=/dev/sdh
