- Power save mode is a custom Toshiba util and has 5 options "Full Power", "High Power", "Normal", "DVD Playback", "Presentation", "Long Life". Unknown what each option does
- Toshiba Zooming Utility zooms the icons on the desktop or the text when in an application
- When the machine hibernates in Windows, the power icon changes from green to red and pulses.
