- hoary installation asked for the resolution, but the image was shaky. Switching to VESA was the only option to get a good image, but at the wrong resolution.
- The shakiness issue still isn't fixed in breezy, dapper, or edgy! But at least upstream radeon devs are working on it (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8038)
