Its acually a SinoVideo PCI2390 Proteus (7134) and Tuner is a SinoVideo tda8275. The best settings I have tested were card=81 tuner=54 oss=1 (even though it seems it should be card=1 tuner=54) Composite1 and TVtuner works, I have not tested S-video.
