PSK31

Another digital mode, quickly became popular, and similar to Morse Code in a way. Using Phase Shift Keying, characters are sent in a bit sequence. There is another similar mode, PSK63 (I think), the two are not compatible. Placeholder, I'll be back. KB3IMT
